As the Software Engineering Manager, you will be part of our technology department. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology you will be responsible of the software engineering teams and will ensure the delivery of our group level roadmap. Your working environment will be :

• Managing a team of engineers and developers
• Ensuring our product and technology roadmap execution
• Ensuring that each activity is scoped and resourced properly
• Making sure that the predetermined requirements are met
• Ensuring that the teams operate at optimum capacity
• Facilitating team’s collaboration and coordination
• Pushing for development standards and best quality application
• Contributing to the improvement of effective delivery processes
• Anticipating, identifying and mitigating risks and bottlenecks
• Managing software development budgets
• Hiring technical people
• Handling outsourced relationships and services
Your skills
• Good ability to manage people and make sure they are well-equipped
• Solid experience in agile methodologies
• Strong knowledges of project management tools (especially Jira)
• Well organized, good time-management and activities planning
• Knowledges about data analytics and experience in big data environments
• Strong ability to understand technology matters and constraints
• Communication capacity to deal with internal and external staff
• Able to provide clear, concise and comprehensive reporting
• Experience working on web/mobile applications and cloud-based stack
Your profile
• Master’s degree in engineering or significant professional experiences
• We are speaking French and English, you should know both
• You have leadership and capability to engage engineering teams
• You are comfortable in products and services delivery processes
• You ideally have a background as an engineer, software developer or architect
• You are considered as a good team player and a communicant
